What kinds of copy do you write?
Everything! I have extensive experience in writing broadcast copy (radio and TV), blogs/social media, web content, direct response and catalog, proposals, press materials. You name it, I’ve probably written it.
What's your professional background?
I have a Master's Degree in English and began freelancing over 20 years ago. I formed CAG Ventures in the early 90s and am proud to say that I’ve built up a loyal client list, many of whom have worked with me for 10 years or more.
I’m also co-author of the book, Internet Jobs for the Rest of Us: They’re Not Just for Geeks Anymore (Berkley Publishing, 2000); author of OK, So You're Dead: A Sassy Guide to the Afterlife (Amazon, 2014) and Your Pet Has Died. Now What? (Amazon, 2017)
How much lead time do you require?
I’m known for my quick turnaround time, but appreciate as much lead time as possible. I will strive to make every deadline, but please factor in that I have ongoing projects that need to be considered. For extra-short deadlines, an additional "rush" fee will be charged.
How much do you charge?
That depends on the scope of the project and the time required to complete it. Generally, I like to get an idea of what’s involved, then quote on a per-project basis. In some instances where something is research-heavy, I will quote an hourly rate.
